Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 7:47 PM ET) -- Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP has added Sean D. Jordan, former Texas principal deputy solicitor general, to its Austin office as partner and co-head of its appellate practice, the firm said Thursday.
Jordan has spent nearly 20 years handling complex litigation and appellate cases for both the government and in private practice, according to the firm. His practice focuses mostly on clients in appeals involving commercial, class action, energy, insurance and constitutional issues.
