Law360, Los Angeles (June 06, 2012, 3:24 PM ET) -- Frito-Lay Inc. on Tuesday sued the U.S. Department of Labor to block the surrender of certain employment data from a Dallas-area factory, which is being investigated for alleged hiring discrimination among warehouse employees.
