Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 3:28 PM ET) -- A longtime corporate transactional partner with a subspecialty in bankruptcy matters has joined Dykema Gossett PLLC from K&L Gates LLP as a corporate finance partner and will be based in Dallas, Dykema recently announced.
The firm said June 6 that Bill Finkelstein had joined Dykema after four years in K&L Gates' Dallas office. Finkelstein had been a corporate attorney at Hughes & Luce LLP since 1975 before the firm merged with K&L Gates in January 2008.
