Pacific Lumber Seeks To Bar Whistleblower Claims

Law360, New York (September 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pacific Lumber Co. has asked a bankruptcy court to prohibit plaintiffs from seeking $1 billion in two qui tam suits against the bankrupt logging company over alleged federal and state violations of the False Claims Act.
