Taxi Co. Denies Scheme To Fix Prices Of Permit Fees

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 4:14 PM ET) -- A Dallas-Fort Worth cab company on Wednesday told a federal judge it didn’t fix prices or act to create an illegal monopoly through so-called stand fees that drivers must pay to operate an authorized taxi in three counties in the area.
