InNova Hits Facebook, 23 Others With Email Patent Suits

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- Frequent patent litigator InNova Patent Licensing LLC launched a barrage of patent suits in a Texas federal court on Wednesday, alleging numerous companies such as Facebook Inc., LinkedIn Corp. and Microsoft Inc. are infringing its patent covering email filtering technology.
