5th Circ. Upholds Sanctions Against Law Firm In Tire Case

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday upheld nearly $30,000 in sanctions against law firm Smith & Fuller PA for inadvertently revealing Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.'s trade secrets and confidential information to other personal injury lawyers during the course of a products liability suit.
