Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday revived a Texas utility's suit against two regional public transportation authorities over an easement on their land to build a transmission line serving Dallas County, finding that a new state rule does not automatically grant governmental immunity in such cases.
