Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. on Monday hit Linn Energy LLC with a lawsuit in Texas claiming it is not obligated to defend the oil and gas developer in underlying litigation blaming Linn for pollution leaked from a Louisiana pipeline that allegedly caused extensive property damage.
