Texas City Accused Of Sex Bias In Police Hiring Test

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 6:09 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday sued the city of Corpus Christi, Texas, alleging its police department is violating the Civil Rights Act through hiring practices that discriminate against women by requiring them to complete an extensive physical test.
