Debt Collector Employee Says Co. Withheld Overtime

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- A former employee of collections agency the Brachfeld Law Group PC filed a putative class action in Texas federal court Friday, alleging managers violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by allowing employees to regularly work off the clock without paying them overtime.
