Inventor Kicks Off IP Trial Over Blood Clot Supplement

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 11:09 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday began hearing arguments in a suit brought by a Houston-area nutritional supplement inventor who claims that the idea for his product, which is designed to reduce arterial blood clots, was stolen by a former business associate.
