Texas Court Says CPS Pollution Control Contract Is Valid

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 8:27 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday upheld a contract between San Antonio-owned utility CPS Energy and the company the city hired to install air pollution controls on a coal plant, and booted two quantum meruit claims against the city for more payments.
