Law360, Dallas (August 20, 2012, 6:08 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Monday again tossed a lawsuit brought by cyclist Lance Armstrong against the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, ruling the courts don’t have the jurisdiction to intervene in a proceeding against Armstrong that could strip him of his seven Tour de France titles.
