Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 7:05 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday tossed a third-party suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from energy broker OceanConnect LLC, a company facing breach of contract litigation from two energy firms over millions of falsified renewable fuel credits.
