Dallas City Court Shutdown Ends As Judges Fight Ouster

Law360, Dallas (August 28, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- Dallas' city courts were back in business Tuesday morning after a temporary shutdown prompted by a battle over the ouster of four municipal court judges that caused hundreds of cases to be postponed.
