Law360, Dallas (September 06, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- A Texas court on Wednesday approved a settlement between American Airlines Inc. and one of its former flight attendants that permanently enjoins him from revealing the airline's trade secrets on a series of airline industry-focused websites he publishes.
