Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss a nationwide class action alleging the materials testing company Intertek USA Inc. diluted its oil-and-chemical inspectors’ rate of overtime pay by classifying part of their income as reimbursed expenses.
