Texas Utility Can Continue Suit Against 7 Wholesale Buyers

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 9:02 PM ET) -- A Texas state court on Friday said the Lower Colorado River Authority could proceed with a suit accusing seven wholesale power customers, including the city of Georgetown, Texas, of attempting to skip out on multimillion-dollar agreements with the utility because of supply and fee disputes.
