Landowners Challenge Eminent Domain In TransCanada Appeal

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 7:07 PM ET) -- Several Texas landowners on Tuesday said a state appellate court incorrectly classified TransCanada Corp. as a common carrier with the power to initiate eminent domain proceedings regarding its Keystone XL Pipeline, and asked the state supreme court to reverse the ruling.
