Texas High Court OKs Pared Medical Liability Reports

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 8:13 PM ET) -- Texas' highest court ruled Friday that expert reports do not need to address all liability theories within a medical liability suit and that addressing even one theory is sufficient to put defendants on notice of their alleged wrongdoing, upholding an appeals court ruling in a suit against a staffing agency.
