Endurance Doesn't Owe Defense In Pollution Control Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 3:48 PM ET) -- Endurance American Specialty Insurance Co. has no duty to defend pollution control equipment maker Gulf Coast Environmental Systems LLC against claims that it botched the installation of an emissions system on a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, a Texas magistrate judge said Monday.
