RE Rumor Mill: Battery Park City, JEMB, Williams-Sonoma

Known as Tribeca Park, the building has 396 units and is located at 400 Chambers St. It was designed by Robert A.M. Stern and developed by Related Cos., according to the Post, which reported that Eastdil Secured is brokering the property. The building reportedly has 325,365 square feet of space, including 1,786 square feet of retail and a 123-car garage. It's an 80/20 building, so only 80 percent of it can be converted into condominiums; the rest have to serve as affordable housing units....
