Law360, New York (August 21, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that a landmark Supreme Court decision involving eBay only relates to permanent injunctions and not preliminary ones.
In her opinion, Judge Victoria A. Roberts of the U.S. District Court in Detroit denied Empire Electronics Inc.’s request to do away with a preliminary injunction obtained by rival lighting company Christiana Industries Inc.
