Law360, New York (April 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court has ruled that Ford Motor Co. should be allowed to conduct discovery into allegations of juror misconduct in a suit over a sport utility vehicle rollover accident that Ford agreed to settle during jury deliberations.
