Skilling No Help For Son Of Scruggs: DOJ

Law360, New York (November 04, 2010, 1:13 PM ET) -- Mississippi prosecutors have shot back at a motion from the son of disgraced anti-tobacco attorney Richard “Dickie” Scruggs that says the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in U.S. v. Skilling should vacate his guilty plea in the same judicial bribery scandal that brought down his father.
