Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 3:13 PM ET) -- Thai Airways International Public Co. Ltd. has agreed to pay $3.5 million to settle a multidistrict litigation accusing the carrier of participating in a widespread price-fixing plot in the air cargo industry.
Plaintiffs in the case asked the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York for preliminary approval of the deal on Thursday.
