Law360, Wilmington (June 23, 2011, 8:26 PM ET) -- James Larrison, who was linked in a federal investigation to convicted Iranian arms trafficker Amir Hossein Ardebili, was sentenced by a Delaware federal judge Thursday to two years of probation for attempting to export controlled technology to Iran.
Larrison pled guilty to a one-count violation of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act in December 2009 but escaped a potential four-year prison sentence and $1 million fine due to his cooperation with the government in an investigation of his former employer, Aegis Electronic Group Inc.
