Law360, New York (August 01, 2011, 6:50 PM ET) -- An Oregon contractor pled guilty Friday to rigging bids for a $1.2 million project tied to the development of a $24 million condominium in Portland and fraudulently inducing the state to hand his workers unemployment benefits.
Stephen Gregory Nagy, 49, was sentenced as part of a plea agreement in Oregon state court to 30 days in jail and five years of supervised probation, and his company S&S Drywall Assemblies Inc. was ordered to dissolve, Oregon Attorney General John Kroger said Friday.
