Iran Plotters' Atty Seeks Court Delay For Hunting Trip

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 2:00 PM ET) -- The attorney for two men who pled guilty to participating in an unsuccessful scheme to export 22 U.S. fighter jet engines to Iran asked a Florida federal judge Friday to delay sentencing so he can go on a hunting trip with his son.

Defendants Amparo Echeverri Valdes and Carlos Alfredo Pantoja-Coral pled guilty in September and are scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 2.
