Vegas Housing Fraudsters Shouldn't Get New Trial: US

Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. government on Friday fought back against new trial bids by a former Las Vegas real estate broker, her husband and another woman convicted in Nevada for an elaborate mortgage fraud scheme that cost federally insured banks more than $24 million.
