Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 6:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Friday voted to provide access to an audio tape of pitcher Roger Clemens testifying before Congress that he had not used steroids to prosecutors who have accused him of perjury.
The tape, a recording of Clemens' deposition by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on Feb. 5, 2008, was requested by U.S. Attorney Ronald Machen for use in the trial accusing Clemens of lying before Congress. The trial is set to resume soon after a mistrial in July....
