Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 2:53 PM ET) -- Former Sky Capital Capital LLC broker Adam Harrington was sentenced Friday to five years in prison for his role in a scheme that bilked investors of $140 million by bribing other brokers to pump up stock in Sky Capital-related entities.
