Chemist Gets 18 Months For Sanofi Trade Secrets Theft

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- A former Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC research chemist was sentenced in New Jersey federal court on Monday to 18 months in prison for stealing the pharmaceutical company's trade secrets and putting them up for sale through the U.S. branch of a Chinese chemicals company.
