2 Admit Roles In $13.8M Home Health Care Fraud

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 12:09 PM ET) -- Two Detroit-area men pled guilty Monday in federal court, admitting their roles in a $13.8 million home health care fraud and money laundering scheme that included billing for nonexistent patient visits and kickbacks to medical professionals and patient recruiters.
