Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 5:22 PM ET) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has lobbied in recent years to weaken the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act even as it has maintained close ties to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and several other companies implicated in bribery scandals, a congressional probe revealed Tuesday.
