Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 10:21 PM ET) -- A New York appeals court on Tuesday threw out a suit alleging law firm Ruskin Moscou Faltischek PC's faulty work helped convicted attorney Marc Dreier steal $50 million from Fortress Investment Group LLC.
