2 Prosecutors Sidelined Over Misconduct In Stevens Case

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 10:25 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice suspended two federal prosecutors over findings from a report it released Thursday that said they had shown “reckless disregard” in withholding important evidence from the defense in the infamous prosecution of the late Sen. Ted Stevens.
