Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 7:10 PM ET) -- A former executive with now-defunct disaster recovery and construction company Home Solutions of America entered a plea of not guilty Tuesday in Texas federal court to charges of securities fraud.
Brian Marshall entered his guilty plea after being indicted earlier this month on two counts of securities fraud for allegedly orchestrating a scheme to defraud investors. According to the indictment, Marshall fabricated revenue streams, operating income and costs when issuing public statements about new construction contracts won by Home Solutions and subsidiary Fireline Restoration Inc....
