Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 5:20 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors in Miami slapped four men with criminal charges Tuesday stemming from their alleged roles in a conspiracy to illegally export parts for F-16 fighter jets and other military aircraft to the Venezuelan Air Force.
Alberto Pichardo, Freddy Arguelles, Victor Brown and Kirk Drellich were charged for their involvement in violations of the Arms Export Control Act, said Wifredo Ferrer, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
