Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 8:07 PM ET) -- The former CEO of now-defunct disaster recovery and construction company Home Solutions of America on Wednesday pled guilty to conspiring to bribe an unnamed New Orleans city official thought to be ex-mayor Ray Nagin for city contracts.
Home Solutions ex-CEO Frank Fradella pled guilty to one count of conspiracy conspiracy to bribe a city official and to one count of securities fraud for including fictitious figures in Home Solutions' regulatory filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
