$200M Medicare Schemer Gets 5-Year Sentence, $13M Fine

Law360, Washington (June 27, 2012, 7:24 PM ET) -- A Florida federal court sentenced a major player in a $200 million Medicare fraud ring to 63 months behind bars and ordered he pay more than $13 million in restitution for his involvement in the home health care scheme.
