Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 6:07 PM ET) -- A Georgia federal judge on Thursday sentenced a former hospital CEO to two years in prison for running a records falsification scheme that led to his hospital fraudulently receiving more than $4 million in additional Medicaid funds.
U.S. District Judge W. Louis Sands also sentenced Kenneth B. Beverly, 66, to three years of supervised release following his prison term and fined him $50,000.
