Barclays Deal May Fuel Criminal Cases Against UK, US Banks

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- The $450 million settlement by Barclays PLC over allegations it manipulated crucial interbank interest rates has handed prosecutors in the U.K. and U.S. perhaps their best chance to bring the signature financial crisis prosecution that has so far eluded them, experts say.
