Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 2:28 PM ET) -- A mutual fund manager charged with defrauding investors out of $11 million by lying about his fund's holdings in Facebook Inc. was illegally wiretapped by a cooperating government witness, his lawyer told a New York federal judge on Tuesday.
