Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 6:50 PM ET) -- The Ohio Valley Coal Co. pled guilty Friday to criminal violations of the Clean Water Act and agreed to pay more than $7 million for allowing coal slurry to release into a tributary of the Ohio River in separate incidents in 2008 and 2010.
