Ex-Home Diagnostics CEO Says He Didn't Divulge Merger Tips

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 5:23 PM ET) -- The former head of Home Diagnostics Inc., who heads to trial next week on insider trading charges, was a generous guy who simply encouraged friends and family to buy stock in his company before it was purchased by Nipro Corp. for $215 million, his attorney said Friday.
