Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- A restaurant supply company owner faced with criminal charges for allegedly dodging $1.15 million in duties on imports of plastic bags from China has pled guilty to one of 10 counts against him, according to a filing in Maryland federal court Tuesday.
