Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 8:13 PM ET) -- Tyco International Ltd. on Friday settled its lawsuit against convicted former CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski over his role in a massive plundering of the company, just before the case was scheduled for trial on Monday.
Tyco issued a short statement confirming the settlement, but did not provide any details of the deal and declined to comment further.
