Law360, Philadelphia (August 28, 2012, 3:46 PM ET) -- Philadelphia-based law firm Pepper Hamilton LLP has acquired the Freeh Group, a joint investigative firm and legal practice founded by former FBI Chief Louis Freeh, the firm announced Tuesday.
As a result of the deal, the 12 lawyers of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP will join Pepper Hamilton’s practice, and Pepper Hamilton will take ownership of Freeh Group International Solutions LLC. The transition will become effective on Sept. 1.
